Charging multiple electronic devices??

I know people won't want to hear it, but be cautious of the Anker chargers, especially if you have an older model. I had one die and melt through its plastic housing. Digging into the reviews on Amazon you will find other reports of this same thing happening.

Edit: it seems it's more common for ports to fail, but when mine melted down I saw lots of similar reports. It's this specific model that is problematic:
