Can anyone out there tell me if there are any resort or theme park restaurants that won't take a Visa for payment? I would assume that any of the "cart" stands will not, but I'd like to know if any sit-down places will not take a charge card.

one of the cart vendors the other day at Magic Kingdom, he told me they expected in the very near future that even the carts may be able to take credit cards in the very near future.

They all take Visa except as you quite rightly said the vendor carts :)

Kapp - that would be great if the carts do too as soon it will mean that I won't have to take any cash with me into the parks :)

I read on a post that the key to the carts taking cards is the availability of electrity. They have to have power to run the machine. So, I guess if there is a place to plug in and they have a machine, we will soon be able to use cards.

When you use a charge card at Disney- I've noticed that the ENTIRE card number is displayed on the receipt.

I'm not comfortable with that, so now we use our room key as our charge card, and when we settle the bill at the end of our stay, we use our charge card at that time.

JMHO......
