I just purchased two of these ($6.95 each) and they work great! I use them to charge our iPod shuffles and the iPod Nanos. Beats hauling around a laptop computer!

Search isn't working at the moment, but I started a thread a few weeks ago where if you were new to Google Checkout they gave you $10 off your first purchase. Then using a code for discounted shipping, you could get a wallcharger for four cents shipped. Mine works GREAT, well worth each of those four pennies, LOL!

Anyway, if the search happens to work later (we get these odd windows of working search, LOL) try and find my old posts. I'll try and keep an eye open as well and post if I find it. I don't know if the deal is still good or not because I can't find the thread.

We actually have a DISNEY wall plug charger Got it at Target on clearance for $4.99 last year. Same as the shuffle charger but alot cheaper. We needed multiple chargers to travel. The ipod has a cable that comes with it for the computer....just plug into this instead. So it can be another brand or generic.

iPods charge through USB ports, they don't come with chargers.

Mine came with a wall charger. I hate the USB charger. I find my iPod charges faster when it's plugged into the wall.

Just go on ebay and see if you can get one for cheap. I've seen them run in stores like Future Shop and Radio Shack for about $50.

Mine came with a charger, and also a cable to do it the USB way as well.

So did mine. Maybe a later generation?

I just bought my son an ipod nano and purchased an...AC Charger...you plug it into a regular Wall socket and the other end into your ipod..it cost about $35.oo..it is called "PowerBlock" by Griffin. It charges in about 20 minutes.
