I am listed in a cabin with 2 of my children. I filled out the charging form for me listing only myself with charging privileges. Now I am into my children's tickets and the same form is there. Do I just leave it blank since they won't be charging anyway?

Yes, one form per credit card is needed.

Also to prevent children from charging you must go to Guest Services onboard and advise them.

You only need to turn in one charge form per room, unless different people will be using different credit cards.

As for children's charge priviliges.... we listed our DS8 on the form and he got a real charge out of being able to sign for his own soda mug and souveniers at the gift shop, just like mom and dad.

So I just leave the children's forms blank since I filled one out for me?

The thing is a little confusing. It said to list those authorized to charge yet then it says if you don't want your child to charge to go by guest services. I didn't list them, so they shouldn't be allowed to charge. ?????

blank is good, u only need one form filled out and u should be all set peter

There is no way I am going to allow DS10.5 to have his KTTW card while there are charging priviledges on it. We will be stopping at guest services to have his name taken off before we give his his card. When we were away this summer he left his card behind once, luckily we found it when we went back to look. DS will have checking himself in & out of the Lab priviledges but not charging priviledges.
