Characters in the park

Hello everyone
I was wondering if Stitch and Ariel are in the parks for pictures and autographs? I know I can find Stitch at breakfast but since my daughter and I arent really breakfast ppl I was thinking it wouldnt be worth the price for breakfast.

The only other place I've seen Stitch has been at the Disney Visa Meet & Greet (but you have to be a card holder).

Ariel can be seen at her restaurant (breakfast and lunch) and sometimes around DL. We saw her over in Fantasyland, behind Dumbo in June and out by the entrance last Nov. She also meets at the Princess Fantasy Fair sometimes.

Ditto the above regarding stitch. I haven't seen him out & about since 2010, only at the Surf's Up breakfast & the Disney Visa Meet 'n Greet (and he rotates out with other characters, so he isn't guaranteed).

In addition to Ariel's Grotto, last trip almost every visit to the Princess Fantasy Faire (we went 4 times) Ariel was the line up. I haven't seen her anywhere else.

Just a shout out to the new Disneyland app for Android & IOS, it has character locations. Pretty cool app.

Are people finding the character location feature of the app to be pretty accurate?

We have seen Ariel every time in the Royal Hall, and it's a much better interaction with her in there than at the restaurant. I also saw her at the front of the park one afternoon, and saw Aurora and Belle there on different days at that time.

Recently Ariel hasn't been inside The Royal Hall, it's usually Snow, Belle and Cinderella. Ariel is usually in FL, either at the well or behind dumbo, unless Merida/Rapunzel aren't out then she'll occasionally be at the umbrella outside of the Royal hall. She is often at the main gate as well...
