Characters in HS & AK

I've only visited MK in past several years and I'm familiar with all the characters there. What characters do HS & AK have I wouldn't see at MK?

At AK you can find Rafiki which is pretty cool. Sofia and Jake at HS I believe are not available at MK. I'll let the experts weigh in now.

Kylo Ren, Chewbacca, Jawas, and Stormtroopers are at DHS along with the Disney Jr. Characters and Sorcerer Mickey.

HS - Mike and Sully - until April 2nd - the Star Wars and Disney Jr ones mentioned above

Rafiki is at MK now. We met him in Adventureland last week.

Russel and Dug (from Up)
Pluto and Goofy in different outfits
Donald in a different outfit

I believe the Fab 5 have different outfits when they appear at HS too, but now I can't say for sure. I just can't remember
Also, in HS Stormtroopers won't sign
You can see Buzz and Woody together.
There are Green Army Men roaming in Pixar Place
Mickey's outfit is different, Sorcer Mickey

Yep, they meet in their Golden Age glam outfits. Also at AK they have either Safari or Dinosaur outfits.

AK: Tarzan, Flik, Pocohantas, Dug & Russel, King Louie & Baloo
HS: Star Wars, Dis Jr., Green Army Men - if the dance party is still going on when you are there it's a good chance of getting a quick pic with rarer characters. When I went a week ago (Thursday), Sebastian, Bolt, and the White Rabbit were there. They will not sign anything though, but it's a unique interaction
