Characters in Flight while pregnant... Bad idea?

Hi everyone,

DH and I just found out we are expecting our first child and we already have a trip booked for mid August. We were really excited to ride "Characters in Flight" for the first time on this trip and I am wondering if anyone has any experience riding this while pregnant. I know they do not recommend traditional hot air balloons while pregnant due to the harsh landings that can happen, but I can't find anything about "CiF". How rough is it's landing?

Also any ideas of different things to do while DH rides all our favourite attractions would be greatly appreciated. P.S. We have been to WDW multiple times but we are very much an attraction couple.

I can't see any issue with pregnant women going on it. Everything I've seen shows it to be very smooth and easy

If I were in your position I would be trying new snacks while DH is on rides! After all, you're eating for two now! Congrats!!

No reason you could not ride it. Very smooth. Its like going on a space needle.

You might check out one of the interactive games, like Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. That can kill some time while your husband rides some things.
