Characters at Universal Studios

I saw on the Universal Studio's website that they have characters walking around, and there was a list. Last time we were there was 9 years ago and the only one we saw was Beatle Juice. I'm wondering if they are out and about more often now.

Has anyone been recently and seen any?

Who have you seen?

Last time I was there. We seen the Simpsons family all together, Spongebob, Beatlejuice and Marilyn Monroe. Oh and the blues brothers. Thats about it. I wonder with the new Minion ride if they have Minions in the parks doing photo ops.

They are on the list. However I'm wondering if they are there now, or if they are waiting until the ride opens. Unfortionatly I dont think the ride is going to be open when we are there .

The Minions are there now. Dora is there, the Frankenstein Monster, Shrek and Fiona, Woody Woodpecker, Curious George.

There's also a Transformers Meet and Greet just outside the ride. It's pretty neat because the characters are gigantic, and they speak to the guests.
