Characters at LTT for Halloween

I read that the characters are dressed up for Halloween, but are they still dressed up AFTER ? We're going to MNSSHP on November 2nd and have an ADR at LTT that night, I'd have loved to see the characters dressed up!

They were also dressed up for MNSSHP before Halloween when we went a few years ago - all looked really cute and DD was much amused!
