Characters at Chef Mickey's?

I'm sure I saw this somewhere, but can't find it now. I have a 9 yr old who loves Chip & Dale. We do have a GG dinner planned for Epcot one night, but I heard the C&D were also regulars at Chef Mickey's during dinner. Does anyone know if they are there?

I don't think they're at CM, but they are the Garden Grill dinner in Epcot.

Chip & Dale haven't been there for a few years. They only have Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Pluto.
