Characters at 1900 Park Fare breakfast?

Can someone tell me which characters are at the breakfast at 1900 Park Fare? I thought it was Mary Poppins, Alice, and the Mad Hatter, but we were walking by there the other morning and I saw Pooh and Tigger in there with the Mad Hatter. It seemed like an odd mix to me. We've never done breakfast there, but I'd reconsider it if Pooh and friends are there. I thought they used to be there at one time, but I don't know if it was for breakfast or dinner.

I was just there on July 19 and it was Tigger, Pooh, Alice, Mary Poppins and the Mad Hatter. It is a weird combo, but they play off each other well and it can be very funny.

All the characters are from England- that's the connection.

Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh, Tigger and Mary Poppins are usually there. We have enjoyed both the character interaction and the breakfast there.

Thank you jandj524, now I understand the connection. We enjoyed our breakfast here (good selection of food and eggs made to order) and wonderful character interaction (characters came to our table 3x excetp Mary Poppins she was seating outside the restaurant).
