Characters @ AKL

I had read/heard that some of the characters make an appearance at the AKL. Who and when do they come and are you able to take pictures with them?

I've never seen a character at AKL.

I think the only time AKL has a character greet is at Easter. They have a special Meet and Greet out at the pool area. I've stayed there several times and that's the only time I remember!

Apparently there is a character caravan that comes on certain days in the am.

I think they did that for awhile when they stopped having Extra Magic hours(it was called something else). And now they have EMH for resort quests.

Goodness! The character caravan stopped back in like 2003. Been gone for quite some time now, so sorry! I remember seeing the caravan on my Jan 2002 trip, but it was gone on my Jan 2003 trip.

Well, there are plenty of characters at the parks, and at character meals, fortunately!

We spent Christmas week 2007 at AKV. The only time we saw characters was on Christmas Eve, in the lobby. Mickey & Minnie (in their holiday outfits) were there for a meet & greet by the lobby Christmas tree.
