I will definitely be focused on any villians and the tweedles, as we've never seen them. Although we are doing MNSSHP BEFORE our DHS day, so I may have already gotten some of the villians. During the regualar m&g there, when we were there last time it was Sorcerer Mickey, Incredibles and Lotso. Is Pooh where Lotso used to be?

Characterpalooza schedule is based on the Fantasmic! schedule.

The are no characters if the first Fant! starts before 7:30pm.
When the first show is at:
7:30- one 20min set at 4:45
8:00- three 20min sets starting at 4:50
8:30- two 30min sets starting at 4:50
9:00- four 25min sets (two groups w/ two sets each)
When there is no Fant! there will be four 30min sets starting at 4:50pm

I have not been since September so can not say what characters are there now.

Is it really 3 sets for an 8:00 F! and 2 sets for an 8:30...or is that backwards? F! starts at 8:30 on our night. Also, do the 20 min sets run back to back without any break?

So, I understood that this was out behind the Art of Animation building? Am I wrong? It sounds like it is inside a building. How do I get to it? Does anyone have photos?

It's inside in the same building/room with the Incredibles, Sorcerer Mickey, and Pooh. They're all spread throughout the same room, but the room does have some partitions and different levels/step ups.

Yes.

Yes and mostly, respectively. Mostly spread across the one big room in the various nooks and crannies. This room is the same one with Sorcerer Mickey, Pooh, and the Increds. Sometimes the randoms appear down the hall I think in the room where the Mushu thing lets out.

For us last month we saw: Snow Queen, Chip, Dale, Rafiki, Meeko, Mulan, Mary Poppins and two Penguins, Eeyore, Pluto, Goofy, Genie, Jafar, and Green Army Man. I probably forgot one or two.

First set was small. Capt Hook & Smee, Snow Queen, Pluto and Chip and Dale.
CM checked and says no Bolt - he's chasing the green eyed man. Second set in about 8 minutes.

They appear together. Other examples we've seen together are Chip and Dale (of course), Hook and Smee, Mary Poppins and Penguins, and Pinocchio and Gepetto. YMMV.

I went to Character Palooza last Wednesday and Saturday and over the course of the two days I saw Captain Hook and Smee(both days), Stitch(both days), Genie, Max and Goofy(both days) Mulan, Belle (Both days), Mary Poppins and Penguins(Both days), Gepetto(Both days), Pinocchio, Chip and Dale(both days), and Minnie and Pluto (both days). I could of forgotten a few but as others said there's set group of characters that they pull from to appear. Typically these characters or the friends of these characters were in the parade and these sets serve as a way to bridge the gap of time before they go and do Fantasmic. So typically the characters you may find in Fantasmic are likely to appear, this was the first time I didn't see Pocahontas and Meeko at it, but it's all random.

I would have thought they would have at least had more considering its still spring break. There were at least 6 groups for each set when we were there last year.

I would trade all of them for Bolt, my DD always hopes and hopes for him - but the kids were still happy, so that's what it's all about.

Are the m&g's for Sorcerer Mickey still going on during this? Or has Sorcerer Mickey already stopped with m&g's at this point? We would like to get a pic with Sorcerer Mickey but with everything we want to do and see including JTA and adrs I don't think we will get around to seeing Sorcerer Mickey during the day. If he is still there then that would be a good time to try to see them all at once including Mickey...

Mickey is still there. Ask the CM how long it is, if it's too long, do it after both character sets.
