Can someone tell me what they sell in these stores?? I've seen threads where it is mentioned that the prices are much cheaper than DD, and i'm going to be doing some shopping soon.
TIA! :sunny:

They have t-shirts, collectibles, toys, clothing of all sorts, some jewelry, handbags/canvas totes, etc...........usually stuff in the Character Wharehouse and Character Premiere stores is discontinued or marked-down items from the park. I've seen some really cool stuff in there such as plush terry robes from the GF ($14.99), left over MVMCP and MNSSHP items, nice collectible plates, mugs etc. Pretty much everything is 25-75% marked down from what you'd see in the parks. But if you want current new merchandise, you probably won't find much. (i.e. if you want a t-shirt with the specific year on it, like "WDW in 2006", you most likely won't find that.....but there will probably be some 2004/2005 shirts left over for very cheap). My dh got a great leather (bomber style) jacket for $25 one year. It had an embroidered Mickey on the back and said "WDW". Went in Feb 2005 and found LOTS of left over Christmas/Hanukkah items from the parks such as ornaments, stockings, collectibles.
I will admit, some visits I find lots of stuff, and then I've gone at other times and the choices were slim pickings..........

There is one ot the premium outlets as well. If you go there Universal have a similar store too :thumbsup2

Yep, that's listed in that link I posted as well :thumbsup2

There are three of them now. The best one is still the original one at the Belz mall, building 2 (although we were told a few weeks ago they are remolding this building starting in April). They have great deals. Limited selection but great deals. last year my best find was a really nice golf shirt which had the logo from the 2005 Epcot garden show (which i didn't attend). the regular price on the shirt was $42. I got it for $15. They have a lot of post-even stuff. beautiful shirts and jackets from the running race in January, at at least half off. Lots of stuff for collectors too.

Last year I got a giant stuffed Stitch toy the original price was $50 but I paid $20 which I was really impressed with! Of course we had to buy another case to get it home! :rotfl2:

We have been countless times and it is hit and miss. I still think it is worth the trip. We have gotten dress up clothes, such as princess dresses, wands, shoes. A beautiful Belle dress with mrs. potts embroided on the apron. My older son got a bush jacket like croc. hunter guy that was 48 in the park and 24 in the store. It did have a date on it I think thats why. Also he is a pin collector and has gotten many under 6 dollars. Plus many other items. I think it is worth the trip. We also go to Hard Rock Cafe, and Universal. Good luck shopping.

Just to make everyone aware...the Belz outlets are now Prime Outlet. We were there last week and the Character Warehouse there is our favorite place to get souvenirs. They had big cloth "Prime" signs hanging over the Belz signs on all the buildings.

At any rate, I think the Character Warehouse here is the Best, with the one at the Premium Outlets being a close second(though its not as big).

We visited the one at the previously known Belz Outlets on our last trip for the first time. I could not believe the prices. I ended up walking out w/ bags of stuff for 30-80% off the price. It will be a "must" for any of our trips now.

if you can find something you're looking for, the deals are incredible. we go after events like the Food and Wine Festival for the same items half off. I buy Nike Dri-Fit golf shirts marked down from $75.00 to $35.00 a lot.

I got loads of beanie toys last year that were loads cheaper than in the parks! It definately pays to visit them!

The universal store at the premium outlet closed mid Feb...you really did not miss anything in that store....kinda of a joke if you hit the disney outlet first!

Yeah I don't think I have ever bought anything in the US store they never seemed to have much worth buying in there really I still always looked in though just in case lol

orlando preimum outlets - i got some great bargains there.

i spent about $75 dollars in there.

the merchandise is different all the time though!

have fun!

We go to US in the Prime formerly Belz and find things all the time. My biggest score where large light up swords for 3.00 per sword and the kids where younger and all of their frinds where also into them. I must of came home with 10 of them. My son was into a load of t shirts they had and they were very cheap so it was a score for him. They are not a sure thing any of the factory stores, but when you hit you hit big!
