Long time listener/watcher, first time poster.
We were at Character Warehouse at 3pm on 13 Sept and the manager closed the doors and didn't tell the 120 guests standing outside for 60 minutes anything. The manager, Holly, came out and organized us into a snaking line, but still told us nothing. I finally asked the mall security officer and he told me she closed and would not reopen the doors. I then told the crowd what Holly told him. Very frustrating and disapointing.
FYI: There were a dozen employees and 3 customers walking around the whole time.
