according to http://sites.google.com/site/wdwcharacterhunt/home/rumors he is supposed to start appearing there at some unknown point in October, formerly Oct. 3

Dining appears to have no notice of character changes as of yet since Handy Manny was introduced to it.

I'd love to hear more about Oso as well - I know Berlioz said Oct 2 initially, then said it was postponed. We're going in Nov, and would love to see Oso instead of JoJo. (BTW Berlioz, I love your web site! I can't wait to see more MVMCP character news! )

Is there a certain time frame that Megara usually pops up in Epcot? I'd really like to see her this trip but I keep hearing it's pretty random.

She typically shows up once in the spring and once in the early fall. In 2010 those months were March and Aug. She surprised us all when she appeared for two days in August.

Anything new to report on Oso? I heard a rumor of him being at Play and Dine character meal.

The date will be hard to guess; I believe the hope is still for Oct. 3, but since he's off solving crimes it is hard to estimate what day it will actually occur. It could be something where he just starts appearing one day without notice.

Clarabelle is still ready to go if needed out of MK. She has some clothes ready for her downstairs.


And fairies are meeting in Epcot and I think it is a great place for them!

I think fairy would be a better way to put it, as it's just Tink meeting at the moment

We have seen Clarabelle at park opening in front of the firehouse once or twice. You never know who could come out especially with the 40th anniversary.

She hasn't been out for over two years on main st and the MK no longer does any random meet and greets. She is in the hoedown but I'm not sure what two daytime parades will do to it's schedule.

The last year or so has been Goofy(3rd one), Pluto(2nd one), and Timon on a hit or miss basis. Last Saturday-spring break-had no one. AK has certainly cut characters to the bone...

Characters that used to meet at the Oasis are now over in Camp M/M. It's common to find the Br'ers every once in awhile. Oasis is still used, but not at the same frequency it used to be.
