Character sightings

I am looking for an updated list of characters we may see in the parks. My daughters have scrapbook/autograph books, one we are currently making, the other has had hers for the past two trips. I need to add characters to them but I would like to know who we are likely to see. We did not go to camp mickey/minnie in animal kingdom the past two years and I have read that Thumper and Ms. Bunny are located there. Anyone know of a list that's fairly reliable and current? I don't want to make pages and then we NEVER meet the characters. Also, what do the cars characters do, they cannot sign a page can they?

Ohh, there are lots of regular characters out now. Here is the list off the top of my head:

If you look at the theme park section there is someone who keeps a website with an up to date characters spotted info with exactly where to find different characters in the parks.
