Character Postcards for Sick Kids?

Will the princess characters write a little note on a postcard for sick kids? We have a niece with leukemia that is going through a rough patch. We'll be in Disneyland next week. Anyone ever done this before? Should I write the note and have the princess sign it?

I think that is a lovely idea. Maybe you can get a picture of the princess holding the postcard, too, to make it even more special. Or you could make a little "feel better" sign on a piece of paper that the princess could hold for the picture. I can't believe they wouldn't do this.
