Yes - the Disney CM team gets driven over for the character dining.

The breakfast at The Hilton is legit. It's only offered on Sundays and Minnie, Pluto and Goofy are usually the three in attendance.

Swan has characters at breakfast and dinner for a few days/week.

Four Seasons has a breakfast.

Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and Wyndham Garden in Disney Springs share the same lobby and restaurants and have character breakfasts on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. From what I understand, they feature Pluto and Goofy.
