Character Meet & Greets?

Our new Disney Visa says that we get to do a Character Meet N Greet but doesn't say how. Is this a special event or just something that anyone can go to? To find more info should I contact Visa or Disney? Anyone know?

There was a thread about this a couple weeks ago. I'll try to find a link. But, it's at Epcot, I think at Innoventions West, and is during the afternoon. You get a free photo. I'll be at Epcot on Saturday, and will be trying to find it myself.
