Character Meet & Greets with Photopass?

I'm wondering if all of the character meet and greets including the wandering ones have photopass for photographers with them? If not is there a way to tell which ones do?

** Used to WDW where they all have photopass photographers.

Traditionally the wandering characters do not have PhotoPass photogs with them.

The fixed location meet & greets more often have one - like Royal Hall, Pixie Hollow, Mickey’s House, etc - but even at those locations it’s possible that there is not a PhotoPass photographer present.

Historically, princesses have not had Photopass but I haven't been inside of Royal Hall since meet & greets returned there. I have not seen any Photopass for the princess greetings outside of Royal Hall since traditional meet & greets returned. Mickey's House is currently closed but there was Photopass at Pixie Hollow last month. Anna & Elsa were greeting outside on Buena Vista street and they occasionally had Photopass. The other characters along Buena Vista Street also usually had Photopass but not always. Cars seem to always have Photopass when greeting in front of the Cozy Cone and Cars Land sign but not always when greeting in the back of Cars Land past Luigi's.

Most of the other roaming characters around Main Street, Avengers Campus, etc did not.

I haven't seen any photopass at locations that are still socially distanced such as Miguel and Mirabel in Adventureland.

Iron Man had Photo Pass on Avengers Campus last week, so did Mirabel when I met her 2 weeks ago. She wasn't really socially distanced anymore when I met her either, though Miguel was (and he did not have Photo Pass).

The only other photographer I saw was with Goofy on Buena Vista Street.
