Character Meet & Greets (Socially Distanced)

Are there socially distanced meet & greets happening (outside of character meals)? I thought I’ve seen these happening on social media - distanced/no hug/no autographs but you can have a quick chat and take a photo from afar. If yes, I don’t see any indication of where and when in the app. How do I know when and where this happens? Thanks!

This week we discovered that these happen randomly. We had a couple of experiences where a character was set up in an area and interacted from a distance with people. It was actually really enjoyable and I loved that we didn't have to wait in line for it. But it was so random, we lucked into the experiences.

Here we were at Hollywood Studios watching Goofy fishing off the pier. He caught a boot.
