Character Meet and Greets

Hi,

I know online there is a list of meet and greet such as 'Tinkerbell' and friends, but is there a list or even some tips or tricks to meeting some of the rarer characters?

There are the fixed Character locations, like Tinkerbell, The Royal Hall and Launch Bay to name a few.
For the roving characters, we ask a CM at the kiosk in front of Jolly Holiday which ones are scheduled for the day and where.
I believe the app will also indicate character information.

Which "rarer" characters are you looking for?

The DLR app (free!) will be a great help to you in finding which characters are out, where, and when. FL in the mornings is a great place to see and to meet characters. For musical chairs with Alice and the Mad Hatter at Refreshment Corner, it is usually played around 1 pm or so. Ask the ragtime pianist for the exact time that day to be sure.

In WDW they have "Character Palooza" at Epcot & Hollywood Studios these are usually rare characters (in training) and they are never listed on the Disney app. Does DL and/or DCA offer anything like this and will those characters be listed on the app? Thanks so much
