Character meet and greets

Does anyone know how I would get a schedule for where and when the characters will be during my vacation?

There are several sites that help you find different characters. This one seems to be pretty up to date.

Lastly, the CMs are often able to find out which characters will doing meet and greets. Don't hesitate to ask.

I'm not sure about getting specifics before you arrive other than kind of scoping out where characters usually can be found. But pick up the schedules at the front enterance of the parks and there will be a schedule on the back of times they will be around. It was really helpful for us at Epcot for meeting princesses!!!

When you find a character they will have a handler with them. The handlers know which characters are where and will tell you. Also in Mk once you enter the park just past the train station on the right is a building, town square exposition hall. It is the photo pass center and they will tell you where to find what character.
