character meals???

I saw on allearsnet.com they had the menus for the character meals and the prices. For Children they listed the price for children 3-9. How about children under 3? Are they free? I would assume not if they are eating but was not sure.

Most Character meals are buffett or a pre-plated and your under 3 year olds can eat for free. If you are at a place with a menu they can eat off your plate or you will have to pay for any children's meal you order them. Have fun!

We ate at Garden Grill and our 2 year old was free, and that's family style (a buffet they bring to your table). As far as all others, if they are a buffet they are free, if you order off the menu you pay for his meal.
