Character meals @ Universal?

Is anyone area of any Character meals held at Universal or at the hotels that have super heros? I know there is one at the Confisco grill w/Woody Woodpecker, The Grinch, The Cat in the Hat but my DS of 10yrs old would prefer "manly' characters.
