After reading the new CRT character meal and the cost of two TS's, I am seriously considering canceling and doing another character meal or two.

Need some advice....which would you choose???

Here are the three we are considering:
Supercalifragilistic Breakfast @ 1900 Park Fare
Cinderella's Gala Feast @ 1900 Park Fare
'Ohana Character Breakfast @ AKL

Thanks!!!

It depends on what characters you want to see. It looks like you were interested in Cinderella based on your comments so I would recommend 1900 Park Fair for dinner. If you want to see Mickey then I recommend Chef Mickey's for breakfast or AK breakfast. If you want to see Pooh and the gang then Crystal palace for breakfast.

As far as characters, we are ok with any and all, nothing particular. Looking more at who has the better food I guess and surrounds.

We wanted to try new ones. We have done Chef Mickeys and AK breakfast with the characters.

Thanks so much!!!

Even though it wasn't on your list my vote is for Crystal Palace. I should let you know that I'm biased being a 24 year old Pooh fanatic. Seriously, one of my biggest thrills of being pregnant is being able to dec out the nursery in nothing but winnie the pooh, it'll be the happiest room in our house!

But anyway, besides the characters; I think the food is very good and hot when it was suppossed to be. There is a lot of variety. We had the first sitting of the morning and it wasn't busy or hectic. Our server was great; very friendly. We didn't feel rushed at all. Character interaction was excellent, especially since we were just two "adults".

Another bonus to the early seating was getting in the park before everyone else. It was neat to walk around without hordes of people; plus we did all the rides in Fantasy Land (including Dumbo, which was a first for us) within 45 minutes.

If you are looking for good food, I would recommend Park Faire for both breakfast and dinner.
Food is consistently good and the Grand Floridian is beautiful.

1900 Park Faire and Crystal Palace are 2 of our favorite character breakfasts, but we're partial to Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner with the characters. As the previous poster mentioned, 1900 Park Faire is also a nice dinnertime experience.

Have a great trip!

We are breakfast people so our character meals tend to lean toward breakfast over dinner. Our two favorites are 1900 Park Fare and Ohana's. The food is really great at both. They have always been our favorites and even on this last trip they still held up as the best to us. We did try Crystal Palce this time and thought it to be a beautiful restaurant but the food was not near as tasty as 1900 Park Fare and Ohana's. Cyrstal Palace does have more food choices than Ohana's but Ohana's food and atmosphere are so much better to me. Ohana's is also great for dinner. We love the Poly. It's a beautiful hotel and Ohana keeps with that tropical feel. At Ohana's you will be served family style (all you can eat) on a skillet. You will eat with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Stitch, and Lilo. At 1900 Park Fare we ate with Alice, Mad Hatter, Eyeor or Tigger depending on day, and Pooh. Mary Poppins was in the lobby. 1900 Park Fare is truly beautiful. You won't be let down.

1900 Park Fare dinner was very good. Cindy was wonderful as were the mice. Prince was out for the night and we had snow white instead who also was very nice! Good food and great interaction.

1900 Park Fare we have done...The Mad Hatter kind of scared Our daughters. They liked seeing Alice and the food was good. Our favorite, is the Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and Friends and Our kids are 6,8,12. We also like Liberty Tree Tavern for their Character dinner...You see both Mickey and Minnie! Cape May Cafe is great as well and a wonderful buffet. I guess it depends on which characters You want to dine with...and I don't mean family :)

We did Crystal Palace for both breakfast and dinner and the food was great both times. We also did 1900 Park Fair for breakfast and the food was great and the setting is beautiful. Another thought- we had dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table and she was there in the lobby greeting everyone, but no characters upstairs during our meal. It was the best meal we had and the castle is beautiful. From what I understand, dinner will still be only 1 TS on the dining plan.
