HI!
We are going to Disney for first time in September. We want to go to a Character Meal - but are unsure of what is recommended. We have a 10 year old DD...any suggestions?

Thanks!

Have it narrowed down maybe - to Chef Mickey's and the LT....

anything better??

http://allearsnet.com/din/cbchar.htm have a look at this link to see where the characters dine. does your daughter have a favorite disney character? that would be a g ood starting place. we enjoy donald's breakfastasarous at animal kingdom. also there is cinderella's breakfast. have a look at the link and see which one your daughter might enjoy. have a great trip.

I've only been to 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian for the dinner. We ate there last month.

We loved it, and plan to try another character meal when we go back to WDW next April.

It all depends on which characters your DD particularly wants to see, or what fits into your schedule best.

We had the earliest PS for dinner, and that seemed to work out great. The characters and the servers and the food were all fresh.

We also stayed around after the others tables were leaving (the server brought out a BDAy cupcake for me) and the characters seemed to go back around the the few tables that were left. Sticking around may get you more interaction.

Have fun whatever you decide, and book it early!

Those are good.
We also like Cape May Cafe's breakfast. Good food and fun characters. (Minnie, Goofy, Chip and Dale).

Donald's Breakfastourous is a good one too (Mickey, Donald, Goofy & Pluto).

And another we like for lunch or dinner is Garden Grille in the Land at EPCOT (Farmer Mickey, Pluto, Chip and Dale).

If you plan to do Chef Mickey's make sure to make your PS at your 90 day mark. That one fills up real fast, even off-season.

If you are early risers I would highly recommend a PS at Crystal Palace around 8 AM. The food is excellent, the characters (Poo, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet) are great and you get to go in the MK an hour before it officially opens.

Thank you all for your input! That link you gave me was great!
I am going to sit down with DD this weekend and have her decide!

We are sooooo excited!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc
