I know it's been said a million times, but I want to go on the record as saying they DEFINITELY need a character meal targeted for little boys... buzz, woody, etc. We've tried a lot of the character meals... CP was great when he was younger, but we are WAY OVER pooh now. We actually didn't enjoy Chef Mickey's that much, although I know some people really love it. We like DB in AK, but have concluded from experience that big greasy breakfast before riding Primeval Whirl is not the smartest idea in the world. Cape May was ok, but nothing remarkable in our opinion. We thought about trying LTT, but the menu is not appealing to us... which brings me to GG.

We've eaten there once many, many trips ago when they had the breakfast and it was just the three of us, so we got one of the booths on the lower level and we really enjoyed it. The character interaction was really good. But what about for a party of 6? I know those booths won't accomodate 6, and I never got a good look at the rest of the place. Will they have to split us up? Do the tables on the upper level have the same 'ambience' in terms of the revolving, etc. (DS loved that)?

Thanks for the input!

We have eaten at GG both at a booth with the 4 of us and at a table when we brought the grandparents, 6 of us.

You can still tell the restaurant is revolving and the characters came by several times while we were there for lunch. You probably can't see as much of the Living with the Land ride from the upper level where you are seated, but you can definitely tell you are rotating.

We sat on the upper level and even though the character interaction was great I think we would have enjoyed the revolving more if we had been on the lower level. You can still see stuff as you pass by but I think you might be able to see more from the lower level. JMHO:D

Yes I agree wdw should have a more boys character meal! My son would love to see Sully, Mike, Buzz, Woody, Tarzan, nemo, brother bear,Simba etc. I think the princess meals are terrific for girls and the boys need something simular to enjoy! Great idea!
