We are celebrating my youngest son's 3rd birthday on the second day of our Disney trip in November. I have two older sons (7 and 5) as well. I am totally confused as to where to celebrate his day with a character meal. Ended up booking CRT at 8:20am just in case but also Chef Mickey's dinner at 5:15pm. I am concerned that my three boys will be bored by CRT and might have more fun at CM. I am less concerned about the food although I don't want to have a terrible meal either. Any thoughts or suggestions? Are these my two best options or does someone have a better idea? TIA :)

I would definetly choose Chef Mickeys. We celebrated my DD's 2nd birthday there. Donald brought her cupcake over with a lit candle. Plus she got a placemat signed by all the characters.

I have 7 and 5 yo girls and a son turning 3 on this trip. We went last year at the same time and did Chef Mickey's; we'll be doing the same this year. It was a blast for all of us. Like the PP, my ds got a cupcake from Donald and a placemat. Just a word of advice, don't bother with buying a cake. The desserts there are great and the kids are way too full for cake too.

I would personally skip CRT since you have boys and do Chef Mickey's.

Another vote for Chef Mickey's. I decided when I had my son that we would go there every year for his birthday. Last year he was one and loved the special attention from the characters. This year we go next week and he will be 2. We have a countdown calendar to his "birfday" and he is so excited to see the cook mick mick.

We celebrated our twin boys 3rd bday in March at WDW. We had breakfast at CRT and dinner at CM. They enjoyed both.

Crystal Palace would be good for a 3 year old..they have pooh and friends. I like to do a breakfast ressie before the park opens and then leave the meal and walk right onto the rides at rope drop. Your other kids will have fun no matter what you do...it is their brothers special day:)

We went to Chef Mickey for our 3 year old birthday...It was amazing! He loved that Mickey came over when the server brought him his cupcake...He also loved coming home with the special place mat...

CM is one of our family's favorite character meals :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Oh Chef Mickeys is great with Birthdays. we just got back and Celebrated my Daughter's birthday at Chef Mickeys (breakfast) and it was great. We also went to the castle for dinner which was also nice but the characters are great at Chef Mickey's. Everyone of them wrote in her autograph book happy birthday messages. It was so special. For dinner I ordered the slipper at the castle which was also nice but she got more out of Chef Mickeys.:thumbsup2
