Character Meal For 18?

I am planning a trip with 18 people. I was wanting to plan a character meal. Does anyone know if any of the character meals will sit 18 together? If anyone has any recomendations I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Are you all staying on-site? You should look into WDW Magical Gatherings. You will find more info on the Disney website. You will be given a Magical Gathering ID Number and you can use this to make your reservations. There is even a special number to call for Gatherings and they should be able to tell you which character meals can accomodate you.

We will be booking Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner (when my 90 day window comes up) and we are a party of 13.

While we were eating at cape May Cafe's character breakfast we sat next to a party of atleast 12-15 people. And they had there own area of the restaurant. I've never traveled with that many people so I don't know much about what they do, but when we saw them they were all together. And the characters really liked there table.

I have seen Chef Mickey's accomadate this large of a party as well (22).

Just got off the phone with Disney Dining. They can accomodate you through Group Dining. I don't have the number but they can switch you over to the right place if you call regular Dining.

PS they are now taking ADR's 180 days in advance.

I hosted a Magical Gathering for 23 people last Thanksgiving and they made our reservations through group dining and we were seated at numerous tables to accomodate our group. They did keep us as close to one another as possible.

I booked a character breakfast for 30+ people last month. Call group dining. Be aware that they will want you to take the very first seating. I was able to get a little bit later since we had several west coast people in our group and the kids didn't adjust well to the time change.

We tried for Chef Mickey's but ended up at the O'hana breakfast. We were all seated in the same area and enjoyed ourselves, but it took about 45 minutes from the time we all gave the servers our KTTW cards/credit cards (most were on the dining plan) to the time that we all signed receipts and left.
