Character meal at Confiscos

Does anyone know what chharacters are at this meal and if it is available in February (Pres weekend)? I tried to book the Cat in The Hat meal and was told it was only over Christmas, now I read on boards that it is available. It costs a lot to phone as I am in Scotland and was put on hold for ages.

The character meal only seems to be at weekends with no set characters although I think thing 1 and 2 are regulars as for booking its not as popular as Disneys I would wait till u arrive and call and book then and u should be fine
