Character Grid?

I have a character grid that someone really took a lot of time to make, but I cannot find where I got it from! Can anyone help me out?

Are you talking about the character spreadsheet? I like that one, as someone did take alot of time to plug in the info! Though it mentions some characters that haven't met in many years. I get it from this site:
