Character dinners outside parks

On our DOA we're thinking about going to a water park or disney quest depending on the weather, then going to dinner after. It'll be my mom, my nephew who will be about 18 months and myself so we were thinking a character meal for my nephew would be nice. Am I correct in thinking that Chef Mickey's and 1900 Park Fair are the only character dinners outside the park? We've been to both of them (Chef mickeys for breakfast and 1900 for dinner) so we'd like to try something new if possible. Any other recommendations outside the parks besides those two places?

I think you are right, those are the only 2 non-park dinners...Cape May only has characters for breakfast.
