Character Dining

Does anyone know for sure if Dinner time is a character dining experience at Akershus? When I called to make reservations the CM told me that it was but everything I read seems to say that only breakfast and lunch were character dining.

I only have done lunch there. It maybe like Hollywood&Vine they do character dining for breakfast/lunch NOT dinner. I didn't have the best experience with 1900 Park Fare, but they have princess characters at all 3 meals, good luck!!
