We went to the Lilo and Stitch character breakfast at the Paradise Pier Hotel and it was awesome! Stitch was hilarious. I have been to all of them and I would have to say breakfast with Minnie in the Plaza is probably my favorite.

have you considered calling Ariel's Grotto and asking if they carry Gluten-free breads and rolls?

Good thought, actually OP when you make your PS let them know DBF is gluten intolerant, they will note that on your reservation and they should serve you accordingly.

We've had Character Meals at all of the DLR restaurants. My fave is Minnie's, I like that you can order from a menu at both Storyteller's and Lilo & Stitch (DD had so much fun dancing with Lilo) I love that the food is brought to me at Ariel's and we preferred our dinner at Goofy's over our brunch there (better character interaction at our dinner). I think we'll skip character meals for our upcoming trip ~ such little time, but for DD's B-day trip we'll definitely dine with the princesses and probably have brunch at Minnie's.
