character dining with minnie mouse?

I'm not seeing any options with Minnie. We had booked a princess dinner and now my 4 year old says she doesn't want the princess dinner, she wants dinner with Minnie. We leave 2 weeks from today! We are only going to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, so it would have to be at one of those, or at one of the hotels.

I'm sure there are other places, but Minnie appears at the Cape May breakfast in the Brach Club. I think she's at Chef Mickey in the Contemporary, too, but I'm not sure.

Just found an opening at Chef Mickeys. It was the only time slot available for the entire time we are there. It's at 7:30 am on a day we plan on heading to Cocoa Beach, but that's alright, my kids are stoked!

Every Sunday at the Hilton in Downtown Disney at the Convington Rest. there is a character breakfast. No reservations required. Minnie and Goofy come out at 8:30 exactly. They spend as much time as you wish at your table, if there are hardly any patrons it is lots of time. You can eat from the buffet or order from the menu. The buffet is a 5 star brunch buffet. Excellent!! Two adults and two children with tip and tax is $60. You can park in the lot and the wait staff will validate your parking. Also at 9:30 other Disney characters come out but at 8:30 until at least 9:30 it is Minnie and Goofy and sometimes Donald.

Wow, Northernlites, thanks for that info! I've done tons of research on character dining over the years and somehow managed to never hear about this gem.

We saw her at AK at Donald's Safari Breakfast ( as a pp already said). She was very cute in her safari outfit. Along with Minnie we saw Donald, Mickey, Goofy and Daisy.
