Character dining - who appears where?

Hello! I was hoping to find a post about which characters appear at each of the Character dining options, but I'm having a hard time locating anything like that. If this exists (which I feel like it must), please point me in the right direction!

What I'm really looking for is dining options with Minnie Mouse. My daughter (who will be 7 when we travel) is a Minnie FANATIC! She has a little stuffed Minnie ("Beebo") that she has had since she was about 6 months old. We did do breakfast at Chef Mickey's when we were down in March 2013. We'll be traveling the last week of September.

Our son has 3 (!) Plutos that he has to have with him all the time. I feel like Pluto shows up much more frequently in dining options. Garden Grille, Ohana, and Chef Mickey's are the ones I am aware of. Are there any others I should be looking in to?

Cape May the characters are only there for breakfast so make sure you do a breakfast reservation to see Minnie
