Hello,
We're staying at an All Stars Resort in early May 2008. I have booked a character breakfast at Chef Mickey's for 7 a.m. We thought we'd also like to parasail, and since that's also at the Contemporary, I thought maybe it would be a good use of time to parasail after our breakfast. If I book a 9 a.m. parasail time, I guess this allows enough time between the breakfast and parasailing, do you think? Would it feel warm enough to parasail at 9 a.m. in early May, or would it be better to wait until later in the day, in your opinion?

Has anyone gone parasailing at Cocoa Beach? Any opinion as to how it compares to parasailing at WDW? This was another idea we were considering, but I'd rather not rent a car, and the towncar service I contacted said that it would cost $280 round trip, so pretty pricey. Does anyone know of a cheaper way to travel to the coast (or to Kennedy Space Centre, another destination we were considering), other than a car rental? If I did rent a car, is the route fairly easy to figure out? (I just don't want to be stressed on my vacation.)
Thank you!

it is very easy to get to Kennedy from WDW, just a straight drive, under 1 hour..not hard at all.

it would be much cheaper to rent a car for one day.

the roads/highways/freeways are so well marked--a tourists dream!

not sure about your breakfast..but for us just over hour is usually enough time..so i would think you would be fine.
