Character Dining (SOLO)

Hi,
My first trip to Disneyland is coming up and I'm going solo. I really want to do the Character Meals, but wanted some opinions by people who have done this solo before. I don't care that I'll be eating by myself, I just don't want to annoy people at other tables to take my photo, or will they be okay with it because I'd offer to take there familys photos.

I would think most people would be willing to take your photo, especially if you took their family's photo in return. Have fun!

I've done a few trips solo before. I once went to Goofy's Kitchen and had lots of fun. At first I felt awkward, so I wouldn't take a picture unless a cast member was nearby to take it. But after a while, there was no cast member in sight, so I asked the next table. The families next to me did not mind at all when I asked them to take a photo of me. Have a great trip.

CinderALLIE I don't know what dates you will be at Disney but it seems to be around the same dates that we plan on being there. If you want some fellow Aussie company on a character meal give me a yell and maybe we can organise something
