character dining not requiring park admission

Which character meals are available without having to enter a park . We would like to do one on on our "off" day. Would prefer something with Pooh, piglet, etc but any for 2 young girls will do. We are already doing Cindy at the palace so we don't need to see the princesses. Thanks for any info !!

Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary
Cape May breakfast with Minnie and friends at the Beach Club Villas
Ohana's breakfast with Stitch, Mickey, Pluto and Lilo
1900 Park Fare Breakfast with Mary Poppins, Alice and Mad Hatter; at one point some of the Pooh characters made an appearance but I don't know if that's true anymore.

The Hilton in Downtown Disney has a character breakfast on Sunday. If I remember the price correctly it more reasonably priced than the ones at the Disney owned hotels.
