Character Dining confusion

A co-worker is making her first trip to DL with her husband and two kids, and wanted to research and eventually set up a Character Dining meal. She went to the Disney site, and it was useless. Prices aren't listed, and it's not obvious which meals are available at which locations (ie, breakfast only or breakfast/lunch/dinner). Even the "narrow down the options" page didn't help, because even though you had Character Dining and dinner selected, it would show you restaurants that had Character Dining and served dinner, even if it wasn't a Character Dining dinner.

I went to some respected third-party sites (DISboards included) and they all had conflicting information, none of which completely matched up with the Disney site.

I'm sure you can get it all straight when you call to make reservations, but is there any way to research this?

Breakfast:
Plaza Inn Minnie & Friends (DL)
Ariel's Grotto (DCA)
Goofy's Kitchen (DLH)
Surf's Up (PPH)
Storyteller's (GCH)

Lunch:
Ariel's Grotto
Goofy's Kitchen (until noon on weekdays, until 2:00 on weekends)

Dinner:
Goofy's Kitchen

Yup, sonnyjane got it, including the menu links. I've always used the menu links that she listed and I've never had any problems.
