Character dining and MP photos

We're taking the kids to Goofy's Kitchen for the first time for our oldest's birthday next week. Excited to try something new. With MP on my AP will they give me the digital downloads of our Goofy photos? I know we got our pictures from breakfast with Minnie last June, but it seems things have been changing with the photo benefits since MP was implemented.

Basically, as long as they put in on PhotoPass, you get the Digital Downloads and we went to Goofy's Kitchen and got the digital download around a year ago.
