Character Connection at Epcot

Hi! Does anyone know the hours for Character Connection at EPCOT? Can you tell me more about it?

Here's the info and current hours from http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/ :

Epcot Character Connection
Meet & Greet with some of your favorite VIP characters
across from Innoventions West.
Daily intermittently from 9:00am to 5:30pm
Also 9:00pm to 11:45pm on Tuesday & Thursday for Extra Magic Hours.

If you are entering the breezeway that goes through Innoventions to the side of Future World with the Land, Imagination and Living Seas Pavillion, it will b on your left inside the breezeway. Usually Mickey, Minnie, and some of the other major character are available for meet and greet along with a few of the more random characters in the hallway outside of it.
