Character Changes In Epcot beginning 2/14

I'm so sad about this - we loved Tigger & Pooh in Christopher Robin's room, and Princess Aurora is my favorite princess, I understand you can still meet them in MK, but there was something extra special about visiting them "in their native country". It was part of the charm of World Showcase to us. How disappointing!

This is disappointing. IMO, Epcot should be doing the opposite while Soarin' is down.

For us, we mostly stopped going to character greets the last few years because most the lines we saw were much too long for us.

It seems to me that in the past, anytime the parks were going to be more crowded, WDW could not easily add E-rides, but they DID add soft attractions - like extra character greets. The long lines for Space Mountain were partly buffered by the opportunity to see Mickey and rare characters with no wait.

I wonder how many WDW visitors would flock to Epcot if the park was offering a (non-additional fee) mega-character greet!

She starts around 9:15 and then does the usual 40 minutes on, then a break sort of thing. She's there off and on til 7pm.

What strange choices
They built the bedroom just for Pooh and Tigger
Wonder what they are going to do with that space?

Unless they are going to bring Elizabeth Hurley or Michelle Dockery into the UK pavilion for a meet and greet, then put me down in the "what are they thinking" camp.

Yep. Maybe they plan on turning the gazebo where Aurora was into another drink and drown spot for the F&W festival.
