Character buffet question

Does the cost of ALL character buffets include tax and tip or is that only at GK?

I believe the price includes everything... don't remember ever having to pay extra on Goofy's, Ariels or Minnie's.

Well that is good to know.
The prices seemed so much higher than WDW's CB but if the price includes tip and tax, the cost is about the same.
