Character buffet breakfasts?

Are there any Universal themed character breakfast buffets outside Universal parks available? The hotels or Citiwalk would be great.

have character dinners, but no breakfasts. The HRH, RPH, and Portofino have them on certain days. The only breakfast is at Confisco's at IOA and I just found out it has characters.
