We were going to do Goofy's kitchen on Wed evening but when we realized it was going to cost us $100 for a meal my DH said "no way!" :sad2: He's a tightwad and this trip is already hard on him $wise. ;)
We're thinking of Sat breakfast/brunch (but not in the park) since it's a little cheaper so that leaves Storytellers or Goofy's Kitchen. Wondering even with preferred seating if they are just crazy busy on Saturdays? If it's too crowded it might be too big of a pain and we just won't do the character meal.
But if you did go....
Which would you choose for 2,5,8 yrs olds?
thanks

Yes it is crazy but they do not over book , so the wait has never been too bad for us. You did not mention Lilo and Stich at Paradise pier , our favorite breakfast. The nice thing about that one is it is a little more laid back and the kids play games with the characters. Goofy's is the most high energy , loud but soo fun! My 10 and 7 year olds both liked Lilo more for breakfast , goofy's for dinner.

Just wanted to agree with Jemilah. We love Lilo & Stitch for breakfast. The great thing about this character meal is that you have the option of ordering off the menu at a considerably less pirce than the buffet. here's a link to their menu with prices. http://dlresortinfo.com/Paradise/lilo.html We saw Lilo, Stitch, Daisy, Minnie and Pluto on our last meal there. Character interaction is fun and there are group kid games with Stitch.

We too prefer Goofy's Kitchen for dinner. Our first ever character meal was Goofy's for breakfast and it was a lot of fun with good food. Since then though, we've had 4 dinners at Goofy's and have it booked again for dinner on trip next month with Lilo's for breakfast.

I havent tried the Lilo and Stitch breakfast yet. I hear such good reviews on it so I'm going to try it next time I'm there. We love Goofy's.

I'm kinda strange because once I'm in the park I usually like to stay. I like to do Goofy's before the park opens so we dont lose time.

If you are planning on naps in the rooms which we have done. You could leave to eat and head for nap.

We're actually not going to the parks on Saturday because we are visiting relatives in the area. But thought we'd still get the Disney warm fuzzies by doing the breakfast before heading out for the day.
My kids have actually never seen Lilo and Stitch so wouldn't have any idea who they were... (I know-not a true disney fan ;) )

Then I would go for Goofy's. In over ten times we have always seen Goofy and Pluto and usually Minnie, Chip and Dale. Plus a princess and usually another character (Aladdin, Alice, White Rabbit, Peter Pan, Genie, Baloo, Captain Hook are some we have seen not all at once of course). We have done character meals on Saturday's and they worked out great. I think your plan will too!

That's why we don't do stoytellers, the characters are not favorites.
When you get a chance rent Lilo and Stich , I really like it , you kids will too, very cute.
