Hi, I searched a bit for this, but did not find any single posts on this topic. I'm more interested in breakfasts, but I think it would be good to have a list of any character meals which you can get to without a park ticket. Especially the "hidden" character meals off property!

Here are a few I thought of:
Trattoria al Forno: breakfast with various princes and princesses
Chef Mickey's: the Fab 5 all day I think
Swan/Dolphin: Garden Grove restaurant, Disney "characters" nightly (looks like Pluto at least), and for breakfast Saturdays & Sundays
Four Seasons: Goofy and "his pals", Thursday and Saturday only
Wyndham Lake Buena Vista: Lakeview restaurant, character breakfast, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays

I'm sure there are others. Any ideas? I think a character breakfast would be a good choice on a non-park day.

Ohana at the Polynesian: Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, Pluto at breakfast.
1900 Park Fare at the GF: British character breakfast, Cinderella and friends for dinner
Cape May Café at the Beach club: Minnie, Goofy, Donald in beach wear for breakfast

Edit: Not a meal but Pirates and Pals fireworks cruise launches from the Contemporary, includes Hook and Smee, and snacks before the actual cruise.

That is helpful, thanks. I will say, however, that the reason I started this thread is in part because I heard about the "off site" breakfasts in the 4Seasons and WydhamLBV, which are not included in the allears info. I wonder what other ones are out there? Maybe that's it; I dunno.

The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista near Disney Springs says they have a Sunday character breakfast on their website. If there are others it may take some google-fu, as like you've noticed, these offsite meals are not as heavily publicized. I think the on-site ones (even if not in a park) would be far better since there are more resources detailing what characters are there, the menu, and they occur every day not just a couple times a week.

I had a chipmunk problem, so I would NOT like to see them up close, thank you very much! I really understand Donald a lot more now.
