Character breakfasts-later PS

Hello -

I couldn't find this addressed anywhere before - I was looking at making a PS for a character breakfast, but wanted a later time. Are the characters done appearing at the end of the stated serving time, like if the breakfast is 8:00-10:00, do the characters stop coming around at 10:00? Or can you make PS's up until that time and still interact with characters after that?

we have done the last sitting at both chef mickeys and princesses breakfast in epcot. Chef mickeys was great, still plenty of food and great characters. I wouldn't do the princesses again. While we did get to see all the princesses, it was a quick picture and then they were gone, and the food was cold and there wasn't much of it.

The characters stay around after the last seating, but do go off schedule eventually.

We had last seating(10:40) at Ohanas. They didn't seat us at 10:40, they were running late - it was after 11:15 when we got seated. The characters went off shift about halfway through our meal.

No more late breakfasts for us!
